Wahab Adams released by Asante Kotoko

Must Read

Wahab Adams has been released by Asante Kotoko after three years at the club.

The 27-year-old lost his place in the first team last term, making a handful of appearances as the Porcupine Warriors went trophyless.

In a release letter signed by the club’s Administrative Manager, Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi, the club thanked Adams for his services to the club and said he was free to join any team of his choice.

He joined the Reds on a free transfer in December 2017 after leaving Aduana Stars following their Premier League triumph earlier in their year.

The defender failed to cement a starting place on the team during his stay with Porcupine Warriors but helped the club to win the 2018 Normalisation Committee (NC) Special Competition in 2018.
