Spanish La Liga side Valencia have sacked their coach, Albert Celades after just nine months in charge, while the club’s sporting director Cesar Sanchez has resigned.

Albert Celades will be succeeded by Voro Gonzalez, who takes over as Valencia’s temporary boss for the sixth time.

Celades took over as Valencia manager in September after the club sacked Marcelino.

Sporting director of the club Cesar Sanchez resigned after the sack of the Albert Celades as manager of the 8th placed club.

Valencia will play Athletic Bilbao in their next La Liga fixture.
