American singer, Keri Hilson has disclosed that her feature with Ghanaian dancehall act, Stonebwoy, will go down as one of her greatest legacies in life.
Describing the Ghanaian dancehall artiste as a great musician, Keri Hilson said Stonebwoy is the purest person she has ever met in her life.
According to her, Stonebwoy is very calm, peaceful and he’s like an angel on earth because of his affable nature.
“Some people you meet are nothing like the music that they make and it kinda takes you back. But with Stonebwoy he’s exactly the way he makes his records. He’s very calm, he’s very peaceful, he’s so in tune, he’s one of the people you’re like almost like an angel on earth. He serves a great purpose through his music but it’s really who he is. He’s got a very pure heart.”
Heaping praises on the Ghanaian musician, Keri Hilson said the project she worked on with Stonebwoy will go down to history as one of her best legacies.
According to her, she hasn’t regretted ever working with Stonebwoy stressing how good and pure the Ghanaian musician is.
“So I’m excited it was Stonebowy. I’ve always wanted to do just good records and this is absolutely one of them. I think this will go down in my legacy, it has preceded my own return and so we’ve blessed each other in that way and I’m really excited,” she said.
Keri Hilson further continued that Stonebwoy “is the purest spirit, and sometimes you just feel that, sometimes you just know okay this was meant to be because everything just flowed. The first instruments played were magical, we began writing with Selassie, melodies start occurring, concepts start occurring, it’s just a beautiful day and we just felt the magic.
Recounting how they met, Keri Hilson said she met a guy named Dosty on a place who told him about Stonebwoy.
According to her, Stonebwoy’s friend who was seated next to her on the place engaged her in a lot of conversations and it was through the conversation that he mentioned Stonebwoy.
While eulogizing the dancehall act, Keri Hilson urged her fans to listen to Stonebwoy’s Anloga Junction album.
