Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus has clinched his second league title as Ajax thrash Heerenveen 5-0 on Wednesday in the Eredivisie.
The 21-year-old climbed off the bench in the second-half to help his side win their 36th league title at the Johan Cruijff Arena.
Strikes from Nicolas Tagliafico and Steven Berghuis, and a Sebastien Haller penalty, all inside the opening 38 minutes, sealed the victory for Ajax, before Brian Brobbey and Edson Alvarez added two more late on.
It was the last home fixture for Ten Hag before he makes his move to the Premier League having been named last month by United as their new coach from the end of the season. Ajax finish their campaign at Vitesse Arnhem on Sunday.
Kudus, who replaced Davy Klaassen in the 68th minute, has made 15 appearances for Ajax, scored one goal and provided one assist an injury-plagued season.
He has now won three domestic titles with Ajax, winning back-to-back league titles as well as winning the Dutch KNVB Beker Cup in his maiden season with the club.
