The Ministry of Information on Monday, June 1, 2020 provided more details to the easing of the restrictions on religious activities announced by President Akufo-Addo in his tenth address on COVID-19 to the state Sunday.

The President in his address announced that religious activities countrywide could resume but with a number of caveats including a limited number of congregants at service at a time.

The Ministry of Information, the Ministry for Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs and some concerned institution were subsequently tasked to put the easing of the restrictions in the right perspective.
