Korsah was one of the standout players for Dwarfs last season – scoring five goals and providing four assists despite his side suffering relegation.
He was linked with a move to several clubs in the Premier League but opted to join Hearts of Oak for the second round of league.
Korsah joins Samuel Boadu’s side as a replacement for Congolese defender, Raddy Ovouka, who left the club earlier this season.
Hearts of Oak are currently 5th on the league table with 23 points, 10 points behind leaders and arch-rivals Asante Kotoko, with a game in hand.
