Hasaacas Ladies beat USFA to seal qualification to CAF Women’s CL

Hasaacas Ladies have qualified to the maiden edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League following their 2-0 win over Burkinabé side USFA on Monday.

Veronica Appiah opened the scoring for the Ghanaian champions on the blink of halftime to put Hasaacas in the lead.

Milot Pokuaa set Doris Boaduwaa up for the game’s second in the second half to put the game beyond the reach of our Burkinabé opponents.

The victory sends Hasaacas Ladies to the final of the WAFU Zone B Women’s Club Championship and also a slot to the maiden edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League.

Hasaacas won the Women’s Premier League as well as the Women’s FA Cup in the just ended 2020/21 season.
