Ghana has recorded some Four Hundred and Three (403) more Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases bringing the country’s tally to Two Thousand and Seventy-Four (2,074).

According to information available on the Ghana Health Service website, recoveries from the virus are now Two Hundred and Twelve (212) while deaths have gone up to Seventeen (17).

Greater Accra, Ashanti and Eastern still remain the Regions with the highest number of cases with some 1,795, 99 and 70 cases respectively.

In the remaining 9 Regions, Central Region leads with 21 cases, Oti Region and Upper East Regions have a tie of 19 cases each, Volta has 16, Northern 13, Upper West 10 and Western 9.

North East Region has 2 cases and Western North Region has a case. Four Regions which are Savannah, Bono, Ahafo, Bono East, however, have zero COVID-19 cases.

The 2074 cases in Ghana are distributed among 61% males and 39% females.
