COVID-19: 414 new cases surge total confirmed infections to 24,248

Ghana has recorded 414 new cases of the COVID-19 infections, an update by the Ghana Health Service has confirmed.

The total case count has therefore reached 24,248, while some 619 new recoveries have also been recorded, bringing the total number of persons recovered and discharged to 19, 831.

Meanwhile, the death toll per the latest update has also risen to 135, while the number of active cases stood at 4,282.
