Exclusive information available to ABC News indicates that President AKufo-Addo is scheduled to meet journalists at the Jubilee House on Friday, December 13, 2019, ABC News can report.

The press encounter with the media is in fulfillment of the President’s pledge to engage journalists twice a year to respond to questions and deliberate on national issues.

Journalists from across the country will be given permission to attend the event as the Ghana Journalists” Association and the Information Ministry are engaging on modalities to determine the selection criteria.

The President is also expected to give an address on some key national issues before interacting with the media.

The two-hour event to be held at the Banquet Hall is the third event since 2018 January.
